Issues with my door handles

Sometimes my door handles stick out even after I put the car in gear. It happened the other day and scratched my garage door.

My dealer wouldn't cover it because they said no one else has reported it. Has this happened to anyone else?
 
Yeah, it's kinda weird. The keyless entry thing doesn't always work now on mine. It was fine for the first few months, but now it sometimes doesn't unlock the doors. I have no idea what's going on.
 
The mirrors don’t fold back right away, if you’re crawling along, they’ll stay out until you’re fully out of the garage and moving at a normal pace.
 
Ugh, that’s frustrating...I haven’t had that happen, but you can check for any recalls or service bulletins.
