Hello everyone,

I just updated my 2021 EQE 300 to make it more compatible with the iPhone 16, but I'm now having an odd problem. Only when the vehicle is moving do the wipers and washers function. If I stop the car in the middle of a stroke, they will stop.

After a recent update, has anyone else run into this issue? Do you know how to resolve this?

One possible reason for the wiper malfunction is that the hood might not be fully closed. This can sometimes trigger safety mechanisms that disable certain vehicle functions. It's important to check if the wiper operation is consistent when the car is in motion. If the wipers are working intermittently, it could indicate a more serious electrical issue.

It might also be a wonky connection on the wiper stalk itself.

Has the issue started right after the iPhone 16 compatibility update, or was it a separate system update that triggered it?
