2023 EQE sedan error messages

My 2023 EQE freaked out on me this weekend. A bunch of scary error messages appeared. I immediately tried to fully reset the car by shutting it down and waiting for about 3 minutes or so, and to my surprise, the car resumed normal operation. I've already contacted my dealer and will be taking this next week.

My car also freaked out yesterday, doing exactly what yours did! Thankfully, a simple on-again-off-again trick seemed to work. Everything returned to normal, but now I can't help but worry that what if it will happen again in the middle of nowhere!

This is a glitch that other customers have also reported about. Resetting the car seems to be a quick fix for this issue but it is still better to get it checked to make sure there are no other problems in your vehicle.

Did your dealer explain why you got those messages? There arent many helpful sites that could explain this issue. I just want to have an idea about what im dealing with before going to my dealer.

So I took mine to the dealership. It turned out there was a recall for a software update that solved the issue. After that, the car was working fine.

I had these messages "12 V On-board Electrical System Service Required" and "Not Ready to Drive" on mine as well.

Should I take mine to the dealer as well? Is this troubleshooting for free?
