My EQE 350+'s primary driver screen has failed and won't turn back on. It used to get better in about 15 minutes, but this time it hasn't worked out after two days. Does anyone know of a way to reset the system to restart it because warranty servicing is in two weeks?

The EQE’s MBUX system occasionally has issues like this, especially if there’s a pending software update. If you can still access the main infotainment screen, go to Settings > System > Software Update to check if anything is pending. You could also try pairing your car with the Mercedes app, which might let you trigger a remote diagnostic. It won’t fix hardware, but it could help if it’s just a bug.

I tried checking for updates and pairing with the app, but no luck. I guess I'll have to wait for the service appointment to resolve the issue.
