Headlights Flashing When Indicator Cancels

I’ve noticed a strange issue with my EQE recently. Whenever the indicator auto-cancels, like when I’m coming off a roundabout and the steering wheel centers, there’s a brief flash of the headlights. It happens without me touching the stalk at all.

My biggest concern is that someone might think I’m flashing them to pull out, which could cause a dangerous situation. I’ve taken the car to the dealer, but they weren’t able to replicate the issue, so I’m stuck without answers.

Could this be a software glitch or some kind of setting I’m unaware of?

Nothing about first-generation automobiles like the EQE surprises me, but I haven't had that problem yet. It might be a software bug; try looking for updates or ask the dealer to report it to Mercedes so they can look into it further.
