Is 41 and 46 the correct tire pressure for EQE 350 4matic?

Hello guys! My EQE 350 4matic started getting warnings about tire pressure and now I am trying to fix this. But there is a problem.
The sticker on the door jam says the tire pressure for the vehicle is 41 and 46 (front and rear).
I measured the tire pressure manually and I found that the tires were at 39.5 (but it is cold). Still, the TPMS says it is 38 and highlights the rear tires in red.
Should I inflate the tires more? As in the sticker? Or why do I have this discrepancy in readings?

Just put 41 psi in all the tires. Then go to the car's settings, find "Tire Pressure," and set it to the current pressure.

My EQE had a same problem; the TPMS indicated low pressure, but the warning disappeared after I inflated it to the recommended level.
