Issues with charging

Hello everyone, it's good to meet you. I eagerly plugged the car into my home charger on the fourth day of my EQE adventure (65% battery) to give it a little charge. but was greeted by a fault error notice and red flashing lights. The same thing happened when I drove to the closest charging station. Has anyone encountered issues with charging?

Can you share the error message your seeing? Also, have you tried using a DC fast charger for your EQE yet?
