Leaning towards the EQE SUV, but one thing is holding me back, the airmatic system. The roads here are brutal, so I'm thinking it could be a lifesaver. Is it worth getting?
Given the rough roads you mentioned, airmatic suspension could be an excellent option for your area. I've had mine for 3years now with no problems. It handles corners better than any other car I've owned, and the ride is extremely smooth.
EQE is known for having a smooth, stable, balanced riding experience. The suspension on this car is impressive and is one of the reasons why I chose this car. I assure you that you will enjoy and will have maximum comfort even if the roads are quite rough.
If you're planning to carry heavy loads, airmatic suspension might be a better choice. It can adjust to the extra weight and prevent the rear of the car from sagging.
However, if you drive on good roads, airmatic might be overkill. And keep in mind that repairs can be expensive once the warranty expires.
I'd recommend test driving both options to see which one you prefer.
I’ve had experience with the airmatic system in the EQS, and it really does help smooth out rough roads. The suspension adjusts to the conditions, providing a much more comfortable ride, especially on bumpy surfaces. If you’re dealing with tough roads regularly, it could make a big difference in your driving experience. I'd say it’s definitely worth considering
